Senior Athletic Recognition Night Lead(s)

A small reception for senior athletes, families, and coaches.  Coaches get 2-5 minutes to introduce the Seniors on their team.  The Booster Club provides small bites, beverages, and a small gift for each family. Using 2024 blueprint and lessons learned to coordinate for Class of 2025.

Senior Athletic Brochure Coordinator

Using 2024 Canva template, work with the Athletic Director, Coaches and Team Managers to get pictures and player's bios, assemble and send to printer prior to Senior Athletic Recognition night.

• Independent work, flexible to your schedule (late April & early May)

• 2025 Senior Athlete Brochure

Website/Calendar/Comms Lead

Updating the LJCDSBoosterclub.org site with updates and information weekly

• Independent work, flexible to your schedule

• Known deadlines for submitting information to other groups and communications

Team Shop Website Coordinator

Work with each Team Manager/Coach and BSN to set up each team’s shop before the season starts.

• Independent work

• Primarily email communication

Graphic Artist

Helping to create graphics for social media and emails for our main events - Torrey Trot, BBQs, etc.  as well as some banners.  Room for more creative projects if desired.

• Independent work 1-4 hours per month

• Primarily email communication

Community BBQ Leads

Plan Community-wide BBQ within a season. Using 2023-24 blueprint and lessons learned to coordinate for 2024 -25 events.   Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination of event date/time with Athletics

• Food order through school Finance team

• Communication of event

• Managing the Volunteer Sign Up Genius

• Small group work (about 3 weeks prior to event)

• Onsite for the event
